Welcome to The Button, a Chrome extension owned and operated by RevOps CTRL Inc. (“RevOps CTRL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
This page contains both our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By installing, accessing, or using The Button, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Product.

2. Description of Service
The Button is a browser extension for Chrome that displays a button on specified (“whitelisted”) websites such as CRMs or BI tools. Users can click the button to submit feedback, questions, or support requests, which are sent directly to their internal communication tool (e.g., Slack) without leaving their browser.
The extension requests access to specific domains (whitelisted websites) solely to enable the display of the feedback button and process user submissions on those sites. It does not access or collect data from websites outside this whitelist.
3. Eligibility
You must create a user account to access the Product. You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. There are no geographic or age restrictions.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
The Product is offered as a paid subscription on a month-to-month basis.
Payment will initially be handled via invoice, with the option to use online payment processors (such as Stripe) in the future.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with prior notice.
All fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
5. License Grant & Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your internal business purposes only.
You may not:
Resell, share, or redistribute the Product.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product.
Use the Product to infringe upon any rights, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or circumvent security features.
6. Information We Collect
We collect and process only the information necessary to operate and improve the Product:
6.1 Account Information
Name, email address, company name, and other details needed to set up and manage your subscription.
6.2 Browsing Data
URLs of whitelisted websites where the extension is active.
Date and time of Product use.
User-submitted messages, feedback, or support requests.
We do not collect your complete browsing history or any data from non-whitelisted sites.
6.3 Integration Data
Data necessary to send your messages to connected third-party services (e.g., Slack).
6.4 Technical Information
Browser type, operating system, IP address, and similar data for security, troubleshooting, and analytics.
7. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Operate and improve the Product.
Deliver your submitted messages to your selected communication tool.
Process payments and manage accounts.
Prevent misuse and address technical issues.
Communicate about updates, support, and billing.
8. Data Storage & Security
All collected data is transmitted securely using encryption and stored on servers located in [Insert Country]. We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

11. Your Consent
By installing and using the Product, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in this Policy. You may revoke consent at any time by uninstalling the extension and closing your account.
12. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Access, update, or delete personal data.
Restrict or object to processing.
Request a portable copy of your data.

13. Intellectual Property
The Product, including code, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by RevOps CTRL and its partners. You own any content you submit but grant us a license to process and transmit it as needed to provide the Service.
14. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, for violating these Terms or if we discontinue the Product. You may cancel anytime.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the provincial or federal courts of Toronto, Ontario.
18. Changes to This Page
We may update these Terms and this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification where possible. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
